Though neighbourliness epitomises the heart of the Christian faith and the Great Commandment to love God and one's neighbour as oneself, the depth of the challenge to "Go and do likewise" like the Good Samaritan is not well understood and less often put into practice. This book is an attempt to look at theology of neighbourliness from various theoretical perspectives. More importantly, it prompts the readers to delve into the intricacies of attitudes and behaviours that shape neighbourly relations and to proactively reflect on their roles in fostering prophetic neighbourliness.
