The 16th century Reformation has been considered by many as the most significant event in the history of Christianity after Pentecost. John Calvin, the greatest reformer after Martin Luther was undoubtedly the most scholarly and the most systematic proponent of the reformed faith which has lasting impact on the socio-religious and political life of the west, as well as global Christianity till today.

Rev. Prof. Vanlalnghaka Ralte
Principal, Aizawl Theological College

In our today's world as we are facing numerous destructive forces including the outbreak of Covid-19, there is an urgent need to re-visit the theology of John Calvin, which makes us aware of the fact that God's sovereign love and power is not just a matter of past history but a reality of the present and future.
